With a solid 6 years in Sales, Sam took a career path into Sales Recruitment in Spring 2011. Although the UK was hit with a major recession during the time of his acquisition, Sam took to Sales Recruitment like a duck to water and became the top biller within a short space of 6 months.
Promoted to Divisional Manager in 2012, Sam had a solid 4 years in training, managing and developing a successful team of Recruitment Consultants. During his tenure with h2 Recruit, he was no 1 biller in the business as well as consistently having the highest achieving team in the office. In April 2016, Sam decided to follow his own ideas and founded Optimal Search. This is with the intention of becoming the “GO TO” agency for Sales Recruitment.
Starting her Recruitment journey in February 2017, Emily has quickly evolved into a regular biller due to her enthusiastic and persistent attitude. From a tender age, Emily has had a passion for sales and has been extremely successful working in the Automotive and Fitness industry.
This passion has resonated daily in her Recruitment career and she is projected to achieve great things. Although there have been no specific specialisms, Emily has already developed an exciting client base who have been extremely pleased with her performance thus far.
Fresh into Recruitment since November 2017, Charlie joined Optimal Search with a substantial amount of experience within Sales and Account Management.
With previous experience in the property industry, Charlie has quickly adapted to the structure of Recruitment and is demonstrating clear skills when meeting requirements from both Client and Candidate.
Charlie is a very friendly character, incredibly focused and hungry for success. With consistency and continued development, he will be surely a top biller in which ever industry he chooses!
